With clear objectives, we'll move forward together with me serving as your single point of contact for all things graphical, primarily print advertising, but also any printed item from web banners to signage to brochures. And when necessary, I'll work in harmony with your broadcast ad agency, sharing promotion designs, logos, etc.
Production of a typical weekend ad will suddenly become painless for you and your staff. Since I'll be your "point man," I'll make the ad placements, provide a calendar of insertions, track the deadlines, and then request ad content information, promotional tie-in requirements, etc. from you on a weekly basis. I'll then provide proofs by email, and upon your approval will deliver your ads to the media and ensure proper placement. Plus, I'm well versed in working within manufacturer and co-op requirements, as well as state motor vehicle commission regulations. There will be nothing left for you to worry about, and you'll get back valuable time to use on other matters.
I'm always just a phone call, email, fax or instant message away whenever you need me. If you'd like references, I'll gladly provide them. Note that I have been continuously "employed" by several dealerships for over 10 years (one has used me for 18 years).
Most of my auto dealer clients pay a monthly retainer fee for my services. The fee varies based on several factors, including ad frequency, ad size, use of color, anticipated revisions, and so on. Together we'll arrive at a fee arrangement that makes for a win-win deal.
